I hope you’re having a great weekend. Last Friday I shared the cover reveal on my bookstagram for a highly anticipated read of mine this year, Anna and the Moonlight Road, the sequel to Anna Undreaming (book one of the Metiks Fade trilogy). Anna Undreaming is a dark, young adult urban fantasy taking place in some alternative universes switching among reality and some dreamy spots. The world-building in that book is exceptionally out-of-the-world (no pun intended) and I’m sucked into Anna’s worlds immediately after a few chapters in.

Thus, I’m beyond thrilled to present you with another exciting book news regarding the sequel of Anna Undreaming, Anna and the Moonlight Road, which will be available in December this year!!! Aside from the cover reveal, I’ll also include the book synopsis and purchase links, as well as an exclusive, spontaneous mini interview with the author–which I have never done before on my blog–in the following content. Cover Reveal: Beyond the Pale by Jennifer Millikin

It’s the beginning of another brand-new week and I wish you all a wonderful week in advance! 🙂 To kickstart this week, I’m sharing with you a very highly anticipated read of mine this year: Beyond the Pale by Jennifer Millikin, coming out on October 15th, 2019!

I first discovered Jennifer through a blog tour I participated back in March this year, and I fell in love with her book, Good on Paper, after simply reading the first few chapters. I mean, I was totally HOOKED at that time and it was a really rare reaction from me. Thus, I made up my mind to binge read all of her works someday. So far I already had all of her previous books downloaded on my Kindle so I’m always ready to go. *wink*

Anyway, I’m super thrilled to present Jennifer’s upcoming novel featuring a century-level kind of epic love triangle in my Cover Reveal today! Sit back, relax, and let’s admire the cover!

Hello, bookish peeps!

How’s eyeryone’s June in general? This month is a whirlwind of meetings, unfinished business, and tons of workloads to me. And I have a feeling that this tight schedule won’t be over until late August…or even longer. *sigh* Aside from the exhausting reality, my bookish life has been quite amazing! Not only have I found my latest favorites, including All the Broken Pieces by L. D. Crichton, and the Caraval trilogy by Stephanie Garber, but I’ve also got some book mails/book boxes that I cannot wait to share with you. ❤

Before I get too carried away with all the other bookish goodies, let’s get back to today’s post, the Cover Reveal & Re-release party for Rebecca Shea’s Bound and Broken series! I signed up for this event simply because I think her books sound super fun and I’m currently reading the first installment, Broken by Lies, which is an enjoyable story so far. Besides, all of the works in this series can be read as standalones, making it even easier to dive in. 🙂

Cover Reveal | Una Bella Anima: A Beautiful Soul (Beautiful Hearts #2.5) by Emma Scott *won’t be published*

So Emma posted an announcement on her Facebook Page, where she confirmed that Una Bella Anima: A Beautiful Soul won’t be published after careful deliberation. Here’s a tiny part from her original post:

After much struggle and back-and-forth; after discussion with my dear friends and my amazing sisterhood of authors; after quiet contemplation about my own capabilities and mental health; I have come to the conclusion that Una Bella Anima, the novella that was to accompany the Beautiful Hearts duet, will not be published.

As sad as I was when learning such bad news, I could totally understand why Emma made such a hard decision considering all the heartbreaking things she endured this year after losing her beloved daughter, Isabel. Therefore, please send her some love in any way possible and go read the Beautiful Hearts duet. ❤

I’m sure Emma will appreciate all your support. Thank you. 🙂

Hey, guys! This will be a rather short post because I’m squeezing quality time during work and sleep just to spread some love for my favorite contemporary romance author, Emma Scott‘s, upcoming novella, Una Bella Anima: A Beautiful Soul!

Una Bella Anima is a novella featuring two secondary characters in the Beautiful Hearts duet, coming out in late August and mid-October, respectively. Even though this book shouldn’t be read without reading the duet first, I personally think the duet itself is worthy of giving a shot so hopefully you’ll end up reading all three of them. 😀

If it weren’t an ordinary one, I hope it’s fabulous! 🙂 Mine was pretty typical as usual…until the cover drop for a book I’m highly anticipating came my way. ❤ Yep, you’ve got it right; it’s Jennifer Bardsley’s Narcosis Room indeed! It’s been FOREVER since I last participated in anything OWL HOLLOW PRESS related and for those who doesn’t know OHP, it’s a one-of-a-kind, created-by-the-most-amazing-people-in-the-world indie publisher, aiming to publish great books in genre fiction, contemporary, and non-fiction books.

Back to Narcosis Room, it’s a sci-fi novel which will be published in 2019 and let’s learn more about it…

The first book in the series, All the Little Bones, captures my attention from the very beginning and now I’m completely hooked. You could check out my review for book 1 on my previous post, Book Review | Circus Hearts 1: All the Little Bones by Ellie Marney. 😛 In case you’re wondering, I’m reading the second instalment, All Fall Down, at the moment, and whoa, even though the pace isn’t as smooth and fast as All the Little Bones, I still can’t get enough of the characters, heart-warming romance, and mysterious plot!
