Miss Fix-It—that’s me. And when my sister and nephew are in danger, it’s my natural instinct to step in and get them out of Boston. The girl with the plan, always.
We land at the Rowan Inn—a charming bed-and-breakfast on the shores of the Chesapeake. A sweet little haven we’re hoping will bring us the peace we so desperately need.
Instead, it brings us Jesse Rowan, the gruff and grumpy son of the original owners. The same guy who is single-handedly sinking the Inn faster than an anchor in the bay. But we need a place to crash until I can figure out our next move, so I convince him to let us stay in exchange for help around the place.
At first, he’s rude, sarcastic, and standoffish. But after a few months of working around the Inn together, I realize he’s not as callous as he’d like us to think. And I realize that maybe the Inn isn’t the only project I want to take on. He needs some fixing, too.
But the Inn has to be just a pitstop for us. And as long as we’re on the run, Jesse Rowan can’t be my final destination. (From: Goodreads)
Happy Christmas Eve, everyone!!!
How’s your week so far? I hope you’re all doing more than fabulous because it’s Christmas week!!! Even though we don’t really celebrate this beautiful festive holiday here in the Eastern world, I still love being surrounded with all the Christmassy vibes. The best part? I’ve got my highly anticipated read this month to share with you today since the book’s officially out!!! ❤
Without further ado, let me introduce you to Amelia Kingston‘s new release, So, That Got Weird, which is also the first book in her So Far, So Good series. You can expect some teasers, an exclusive excerpt, and a tour-wide giveaway in this post. What are you waiting for? 🙂
It’s another brand-new day and I’m going to kickstart this week with my favorite author, Emma Scott‘s, new book, Someday, Someday, releasing on November 24th, 2019. For the first time, Emma wrote a MM romance, a perfect representative for LGBTQ+ community, so I’m sure you wouldn’t want to miss this!
Without further ado, here’s everything about this seemingly wonderful book!
It’s finally weekend and I’m so excited to share this pre-release, a.k.a. teaser, blitz for one of my most anticipated reads next month!!! So, That Got Weird by Amelia Kingston is the first book in the So Far, So Good series, and I believe it can be read as a standalone rom-com. ❤
To be honest, I haven’t heard of Amelia before signing up for this pre-release blitz, but the synopsis of this book truly captivates me the moment I read about it. So why not give another brand-new author a shot?! B-)
Unable to stay calmed when I have so much about this book to share with you, let’s get this started, shall we?
Man, I have so many book blitzes and tours to share with you in the following days and weeks, and I seriously cannot contain my excitement for all of them. Without further ado, let’s start this journey with Pinky Promises by Deana Birch, a cute, swoon-worthy adult contemporary romance novel, to you! 🙂
I hope you’re having a great weekend. Last Friday I shared the cover reveal on my bookstagram for a highly anticipated read of mine this year, Anna and the Moonlight Road, the sequel to Anna Undreaming (book one of the Metiks Fade trilogy). Anna Undreaming is a dark, young adult urban fantasy taking place in some alternative universes switching among reality and some dreamy spots. The world-building in that book is exceptionally out-of-the-world (no pun intended) and I’m sucked into Anna’s worlds immediately after a few chapters in.
Thus, I’m beyond thrilled to present you with another exciting book news regarding the sequel of Anna Undreaming, Anna and the Moonlight Road, which will be available in December this year!!! Aside from the cover reveal, I’ll also include the book synopsis and purchase links, as well as an exclusive, spontaneous mini interview with the author–which I have never done before on my blog–in the following content. So sit back, relax, and let’s get started!
Brought to you today is a book blitz from a brand-new author (at least for me) named THE EVENT by Whitney Dineen. In this post, you’ll find some bookish info, buy links, author introduction, exclusive excerpts, and most important of all, a blitz-wide international Amazon gift cards giveaway for 2 winners! 😀
Let’s see what this book is about, shall we?
Hello, hello, hello!!!
It’s mid-week again and happy Wednesday! 😀
Since it was our Mid-Autumn Festival, a.k.a. Moon Festival, last Friday, we got a short holiday back then and I managed to do nothing except sleeping, eating, reading, repeat. LOL Better yet, I’ll be taking this Friday off (that’s 2 days from now!) and spend some quality time with my family while celebrating my grandma’s birthday at a lovely resort in the Eastern part of the island. ❤ *Eeeeps*
Hence, I’m feeling kinda high all week long despite the fact that I’ve been working nonstop for weeks lately. 😛 Anyways, it’s 1:30 in the morning and here I am, sharing an upcoming graphic novel featuring the most classic female character/author, Charlotte Brontë and her life before Jane Eyre…at least that’s what the title implies.
All right, folks! Fasten your seatbelts and let the ride begin!
Happy mid-week! I hope you’re having a wonderful week. 🙂 In the following weeks, I’ll present to you with some excerpts/spotlights of my highly anticipated reads this year since the awesome Rockstar Book Tour has them all. ❤
To kick-start this month, a.k.a. the beginning of the beautiful Autumn, Delacorte Press publishes a very exciting Young Adult Contemporary novel, Who Put This Song On? by Morgan Parker and this post is all about this super promising story!
