Review Policy

Hello, amazing authors!

I’m always happy and honored to read and review your book(s), though I’d appreciate more if you take a look at my review policy first…

What genres of books do I read and review?

I’m interested in reading YA Contemporary (Romance), Dystopian, and Coming-of-Age books. Some of my favorite ones are The Hunger Games trilogy by Suzanne Collins, All the Bright Places by Jennifer Niven, and The Fault in Our Stars by John Green, just to name a few. Though I prefer to read young adult novels to new adult ones, I now sometimes make an exception for NA stories that intrigue me. So if you’d like me to review your NA book(s), please don’t hesitate to contact me! P.S. Just no erotica, please!

Which formats do I like to read in?

I accept both digital (epub, mobi or PDF) and physical copies but please note that I don’t live in the U.S.(or U.K. or Australia), where most publishers are based in so international shipping is something you need to take into account before sending me a physical book!

Where will I post my reviews?

I’ll always post my reviews on Goodreads, Amazon(U.S.) and here. Basically, the contents on Goodreads and my blog will be the same. As for the ones on Amazon, I’ll make them as concise as possible.

By the way, those books I review will also be advertised on my Twitter, and Tumblr.

Further requests…

If you have a specific deadline (e.g. Review before the official publication date) or review contents (e.g. minimum ratings), please let me know in the emails or comments below! Just a little reminder: I’m usually a slow reader, so I’ll need at least 2-3 days to read the book and another 1-2 to write a review. 😛

*Great! You’re still here!* Believe me, I tried to keep this short…

That’s pretty much everything about my review policy, so if you’re still willing to offer me a chance to read and review your book, please contact me at readingwithjax@gmail.com .

I really, really appreciate it!

Thank you! ❤

Jasmine 🙂
